The Town of Scipio is giving a FREE COVID Test Kit while supplies last to town
residents. These rapid, at home test kits are available from the Town of Scipio
Office during the Town Clerk office hours on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons
from 1:00 pm – 5:30 pm. Stop by to receive your free test kit provided by East Hill
